I'm not bipolar I swear

I just wanted to make a point I made in my last post, my day was great mostly because I wanted it to be

Last night was super hard..and sad..but today..my institute class i swear was made for me..it was beautiful and definitley touched me.

Also i had signed up for this leadership workshop that we were having at the institute..well it ended up being more of a knowing ur talents and strengths and playing on them. We dont really realize are real strengths.. So Dustin, who works at UNLV with leadership stuff, and is LDS presented this. He gave us a packet to fill out open ended questions such as "I feel strongest when..", "people tell me I'm good at.." and a lot of other things. We filled these out and then got with a partner to figure out our 'statement". I was paired with a lady who had kids who were all in school and kind of already knew what she wanted out of life an what she was good at, so we kind of focused on me (selfish i know), anyway i was trying to explain to her things I loved, like student council, teaching people, leading, events planning, talking with people, influencing people. Anyway Dustin comes over and starts talking to me to see if I have my statement yet, I told him no and he told me he was listening to me talk and he was super intrigued and impressed with that I had to say.

He then told me a good statement for me would be " I am strongest at being in a stressful situation and using my relationship skills to unify a group," I thought this captured me pretty well...and he also said I was good at leading to influence and motivate.

Basically it was just cool, and it made me happy.

Then we all got together and played the popular institute game, ROCK, same concept as Horse, with a twist..and a pool table. Oh the joys of being Mormon...the neighboring frats are passed out drunk on their pool tables and we find joy in knocking the white ball into the hole with the black ball to give some one a letter..WOOO. (p.s. this vid is from a game like back in december but its all I have.. we had like 5 times the people this time)

BBut the mailman still hates me...DARN..have a good one :)
