I am going to do something like that tomorrow, but for today I wanted to ask how you guys feel about the trend of halloween lately...

I heard the other day..."Halloween is a day mormon girls get to dress like sluts"...
How do you guys feel about that? Do you guys think its ok for girls to lower their standards for one day of skanky fun?
Ill give you my opinion when I post my pictures...for now im curious to know what you guys honestly think..

personally i think that it shouldnt be an occasion to lower it. You can still be super adorable and be modest. AND you can still have a little cute dress and be modest. Completely do-able.
I cant believe that some girl came to the HOWL in 3 layers of seran wrap over her boobs and her lower half and called herself "leftovers." Kill me. Im excited for your halloween post.. and thanks for the shout out! i wish you were here this weekend:/ because we definitely would have laughed at everyone.

I think Halloween is a day to pretend to be someone else for fun!! This does not mean it's ok to lower your standards. Case in point: When I was geting ready to leave on my mission, my friend Mike asked me to dress up with him and a group of friends as 'pimps and hoes'! My first thought was NO WAY!!! I don't have any 'hoe' clothes!! And then 'hoe' clothes aren't modset enough! But I wore a 't' lentgh black skirt, a black dress shirt, black fishnet stockings, black high heels and a red feather boa and LOTS of make-up. It TOTALLY worked and I didn't have to really dres like a 'hoe' and it was on rof the funnest Halloweens I have ever had!
