So as most of you know, i have a job. A job i am very greatful for because of its flexibility allows me to go to school, and im just lucky to HAVE a job in this day and age. Also my bosses are really cool and so are all the people i work with..
and i know there is a but coming..cause there is...
but i just hate people sometimes. So i sell a product..so when people come in the store i greet them and such..but lets face it..some people hate if ur breathing down their neck..i know i feel uncomfortable and i just like to browse by myself...but there are people who arent like that..soo i always like to get a feel for the person..and if they want me to back off ...i back off...whatever. I think im a good employee and i really do try to do my best..
but apparently i get complaints...ive never had a customer complaint in my life, i like to think of myself as helpful. but apparently i got one...and i just want to cry.
oh wait i am crying. idk it just seems so stupid. ive always helped people if they want help..always...
and idk it came from the store i havent worked at in like a month or so..so i dont understand how im getting this complaint...
but oh well i guess i just feel stupid..and embarresed..and basically just have hurt feelings. idk i guess i just need tougher skin cause i hate being called out on stuff...

WHAT!!! call me tomorrow and give me the low down... Customer service suck so bad sometimes.
most of the time i just don't feel like dealing with PEOPLE they either don't ask any questions or they ask too many. i mean srsly, we are working for comm. now and they wont even let us help them! crzy.
What the crap?! Tell them to back the freak up!! The way I feel about going into a store like yours is if I want help then I ask, and if I don't ask back the freak up and leave me alone! Tell your boss what I said if they get mad at you. Tell them to deal, and if they don't like it, tell them to take this job and shove it, I ain't workin here no more! Bottom line I think you are a very nice girl that doesn't need to be bothered with dumb people and complaints!
